The machine is special equipment for producing stiff wadding &non-glue cotton.

The oven has two modes for heating: conduction oil hydronic heating and burner heating.

The layer has single layer drying work area, hot wind penetrable convection, upper for blowing and abdominal for sucking.

The wind hole is drawer type, user can clean it at any time. The main structural slab is 1.5mm,2mm cold plate.

The main machine frame is welded with 10# and 8# channel steel and 5# angle iron. Clapboard is 1.5mm cold plate, with high quality glass fiber with thickness 100mm.

There are 4 pieces 8# independent centrifugal fans diagonal installation,which make sure even fan.

Heating method: 600 thousand calorie conduct heating oil boiler heating, or natural gas,diesel burner.

Two chain plates compact the wadding passing layers.The upper chain plate can be adjustable for going up and down.

There are one pair of cold water rollers and the wadding will be cooler by connected air cooling machine.
